This isn't your service agreement

These Terms cover the website only. The managed IT, security, web, and custom-development services we provide to clients are governed by a separate written service agreement between you and Hearne Technologies. If anything here conflicts with that agreement, the service agreement controls for those services.

Using the site

You may use this site for lawful purposes — to learn about our services, reach out, and access the resources we publish. You agree not to:

• Misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in ways we didn't intend.

Our content & brand

Our applications

We also publish separate applications — including Resolvd, AlphabetSoup, and RxCal. Each has its own website, license, and terms (for example, Resolvd is source-available under its own license). These Terms don't grant you any rights to those applications; your use of each is governed by its own terms.
