These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Hearne Technologies website at hearnetech.com. By using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
These Terms cover the website only. The managed IT, security, web, and custom-development services we provide to clients are governed by a separate written service agreement between you and Hearne Technologies. If anything here conflicts with that agreement, the service agreement controls for those services.
You may use this site for lawful purposes — to learn about our services, reach out, and access the resources we publish. You agree not to:
The content on this site — text, design, graphics, the Hearne Technologies name, logo, and wordmark — is owned by Hearne Technologies or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links to it, but please don't copy, reproduce, or reuse our branding or content for your own purposes without our written permission.
We also publish separate applications — including Resolvd, AlphabetSoup, and RxCal. Each has its own website, license, and terms (for example, Resolvd is source-available under its own license). These Terms don't grant you any rights to those applications; your use of each is governed by its own terms.
This site may link to third-party websites and tools we don't control. We provide those links for convenience and aren't responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of other sites.
This website is provided "as is" and "as available." While we work to keep it accurate and online, we don't warrant that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components, and the information here is for general purposes — not a binding offer or professional advice for your specific situation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hearne Technologies will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — this website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law.
We may update these Terms as our site or the law changes. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes relating to this website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
